"Good screening, but the waiting made me uneasy"
The staff was friendly, and once I finally got called back, the screening itself went fast. The place looked clean and organized, so I didn’t have any complaints about the actual tests.
What bothered me was the wait. I had an appointment but still sat there for almost an hour, and after I’d already paid, I started feeling a little uneasy, like now that they had my money, I just had to deal with it. I might use them again, but they really need to manage appointment times better.

"Clean, easy visit"
I went in for my screening and the place was really clean. The floors, chairs, and check-in area all looked taken care of, which made me feel a lot more comfortable right away.
It wasn’t fancy, just neat and organized, and the staff kept things moving smoothly. I also liked that the email confirmation and receipt were easy to find afterward. Overall, it was a simple, good experience

"Convenient location, but parking was a letdown"
The location was easy enough to get to and it’s close to home, which was nice. But the parking was annoying. I was told it wouldn’t be a hassle, and that definitely wasn’t the case, so that felt like another broken promise.

"Refund was way easier than I expected"
I had a billing mix-up after booking, so I gave them a call expecting it to be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. The person on the phone got it sorted quickly, and the refund showed up a few days later. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a slightly stale granola bar while I was on hold, which is probably why the call stuck in my head. Overall, it went a lot smoother than I thought it would.
