"Good screening, but the waiting made me uneasy"
The staff was friendly, and once I finally got called back, the screening itself went fast. The place looked clean and organized, so I didn’t have any complaints about the actual tests.
What bothered me was the wait. I had an appointment but still sat there for almost an hour, and after I’d already paid, I started feeling a little uneasy, like now that they had my money, I just had to deal with it. I might use them again, but they really need to manage appointment times better.

"Clean, easy visit"
I went in for my screening and the place was really clean. The floors, chairs, and check-in area all looked taken care of, which made me feel a lot more comfortable right away.
It wasn’t fancy, just neat and organized, and the staff kept things moving smoothly. I also liked that the email confirmation and receipt were easy to find afterward. Overall, it was a simple, good experience

"Honestly, the tests were surprisingly comfortable"
I was expecting the tests to be a little uncomfortable, but I actually felt relaxed the whole time. No discomfort at all, which was a nice surprise. Did anyone else have the same experience?

The tech seemed to know their stuff and was polite, so I can’t really say it was a bad experience. At the same time, it felt kind of rushed, and when I asked a couple of questions, the answers were short. Everything was fine overall, just not especially impressive. I’d call it okay, but nothing that really stood out.

Booking was simple, which I appreciated because I didn’t really feel like dealing with a complicated process. I liked that I could talk to a doctor after my screening, and the wait wasn’t too bad at all. That part was actually really reassuring. The info they gave was clear enough, I guess, though I do wish they had explained a little more before the call so I knew what to expect. Still, overall it was a good experience and helped me feel a bit calmer.

"Convenient location, but parking was a letdown"
The location was easy enough to get to and it’s close to home, which was nice. But the parking was annoying. I was told it wouldn’t be a hassle, and that definitely wasn’t the case, so that felt like another broken promise.

I was a little nervous going in for the screening, but like I said, it ended up feeling really private and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast my screening results came back, and I didn’t have to chase anyone for updates. The only small thing is I was a little unsure at first when to expect the email, but once it arrived, everything was simple and easy to understand. Overall, it was a smooth experience

"Refund was way easier than I expected"
I had a billing mix-up after booking, so I gave them a call expecting it to be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. The person on the phone got it sorted quickly, and the refund showed up a few days later. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a slightly stale granola bar while I was on hold, which is probably why the call stuck in my head. Overall, it went a lot smoother than I thought it would.
